Cancelation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations for the Chief Strategy Officer Conference, scheduled for October 22 & 23, 2025 in Sydney, and operated by Ip-Bowen Holdings Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).
 

1. Attendee Cancellations
 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to max@ip-bowen.com
 

  • Cancellations received on or before September 22, 2025 (30 days prior to the event) may be eligible for a ticket transfer to a colleague, but not a refund.

  • Cancellations received after September 22, 2025 are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in exceptional circumstances (see Section 3).
     

2. Ticket Transfers
 

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a colleague at no cost by contacting us in writing no later than October 14, 2025.
 

Please provide:
 

  • Your name and email

  • The name, title, and email of the replacement attendee
     

3. Exceptional Circumstances
 

In cases of serious illness, emergencies, or force majeure, we may review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
 

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement
 

If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. public health restrictions, natural disasters, venue closure):
 

  • We will provide a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the new dates.

  • All registrants will be notified as soon as possible via email.
     

5. No-Show Policy
 

Attendees who do not show up for the event and have not notified us in advance will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.
