Refund & Transfer Policy
This policy applies to registrations for the Chief Strategy Officer Conference, held on October 22 & 23, 2025 in Sydney, and operated by The Strategy Brief Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).
1. Ticket Transfers
We understand that plans change. If you’re unable to attend, you may:

Transfer your ticket to a colleague or another eligible attendee at any time before the event

Defer your ticket to the 2026 Chief Strategy Officer Conference, also at any time before the event
To request a transfer, email us at max@cso-conference.com with your name and preferred option.
There is no cost to transfer or defer, and no cutoff date as long as the request is submitted before the event start date.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. force majeure, venue restrictions, government regulations):

You will receive a full refund.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the event and have not requested a transfer or deferral in advance, your ticket will be forfeited and no credit will be issued.
