Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees (“you”, “participant”) of the Chief Strategy Officer Conference, held on October 22 & 23, 2025, in Sydney, Australia, and operated by Ip-Bowen Holdings Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).
 

By registering for and attending the event, you agree to the following terms:
 

1. Registration & Payment
 

  • Full payment is required to confirm your registration.

  • All ticket purchases are subject to our [Refund Policy] and [Cancellation Policy].

  • Entry to the event will only be granted to individuals who have completed registration and received confirmation.
     

2. Code of Conduct
 

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.
 

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this policy, without refund.


3. Ticket Transfers
 

  • Tickets may be transferred to another attendee up to October 14, 2025.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert email] with full replacement details.


4. Event Changes


We reserve the right to:
 

  • Make changes to the event program, speaker lineup, or schedule as needed.

  • Cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or ticket transfer (see [Cancellation Policy]).


5. Photography & Recordings
 

  • The event may be recorded, filmed, or photographed for use in post-event content, promotion, and communications.

  • By attending, you consent to your image and likeness being used without compensation.

  • If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, please notify our team upon arrival.


6. Liability Disclaimer
 

  • Ip-Bowen Holdings Pty Ltd is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.

  • Attendees are responsible for their own travel, insurance, and accommodation arrangements.


7. Data Protection
 

  • Personal information collected during registration is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

  • We may contact you with event-related communications and relevant updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.


8. Governing Law


These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
